Once you pick your base design you will make a few selections within each base design, like color of cabinets, and countertop color and material. All these choices are included in the price of the home and will not cost you more or less based on your choice.
Warm: Wall color is Agreeable Gray.
Gray: Wall color is Repose Gray.
White: Wall color is First Star.
